Does someone have the ability to provide or know where to get copies of Mission Plan document for past and current JPL missions?

Some of what you want may be JPL internal documents, which are not generally available to the public. However, I do know that the Cassini Mission Plan, Version N is available from the Cassini Plasma Spectrometer website at: caps.space.swri.edu/caps/tourInfo/Documents/MP_N.pdf

JPL has a search engine for its "externally published" papers and documents at JPL BEACON eSpace, whose web adress is: trs-new.jpl.nasa.gov/dspace
I know that there is an MRO mission plan you can access through that site, but I don't know if its the official, full-length mission plan. I look for these types of documents myself, usually with limited success.

Other than requesting them directly from JPL, it's really a hit-or-miss prospect as there are JPL mission plans scattered across the web. For example, http://mars.jpl.nasa.gov/mgs/pdf/pdf-mgs.html are some documents for MGS. Are there specific ones you're interested in?

I have mission plans, data books, etc. for most of these mission but I don't see them on the web. I'm sure you've Googled but all I could really find was an older set (ca. 1997) for MCO/MPL under the rubric of Mars Surveyor 98:

I found a few mission plan-related documents online for Stardust. Go to this http://pdssbn.astro.umd.edu/holdings/sdu-a-navcam-2-edr-annefrank-v1.0/dataset.html and scroll down to "Documentation Files."
