Member No.: 11	I was 6 1/2, I would have normally been in bed by 7:30 pm at that age, I stayed awake for both the landing and Armstrongs walk on the moon. It was as others mentioned really late at night in the UK. My father in law worked on the Saturn V main engines, and on the SSME too, at the Stennis Space Center.
