A February 14 article in APNews, covering the analysis of rocks by SLIM and their implications for the Moon's origin theory, hints at the possibility of a reawakening in late February: QUOTE SLIM is currently "hibernating" in another lunar night that will last till late February. It remains unknown if the probe and its spectroscope will survive the severe cold night temperatures and be able to "wake up" once sunlight returns. I think that Curiosity's attempted drive on sol 4089 did not go well, as the rover moved just a few centimetres. Here is an update with the new targets' names.

A 13m drive on sol 4088 took Curiosity to a mere 3m from the channel's edge. No new targets.
