Based on 26 optical observations, the probability of impact is between 99.8 percent and 100 percent,... so this thing dropped in the sea?

Based on 26 optical observations, the probability of impact is between 99.8 percent and 100 percent,... "Impact" could just mean impact with the atmosphere. Is there any indication that the original estimation that no impactor would reach the ground (or sea) was wrong? |
