Member Group: Members Posts: 252 Joined: 27-April 05 Member No.: 365	For me one of the most interesting tidbits was the background story on just how MRO ended up with a transponder operating at the same frequency as the one on Spirit. I knew it was a matter of "we didn't expect the rovers to still be running when MRO got there" but didn't know they actually used a duplicate 'spare' transponder from the MER project.
