So now it's time to go to the framing camera page http://www.facebook.com/#!/dawn.framing.camera and click the "share" link on the left hand side, together with a nice message urging your friends to "like" it too. Here's what I wrote.
QUOTE Please join me in a very mild form of Facebook activism by visiting the Facebook page for the camera of the Dawn Spacecraft (en route to the asteroid Vesta) and "liking" the page. The point of liking the camera is to send a gentle message to the PI of the Dawn mission that the public would like to see more pictures. He's been unusually stingy up to this point, but today he released an approach video. And I still think 194 people is awfully, awfully low. --Greg |
