A little info on the asteroid http://comets-asteroids.findthedata.org/l/...74860-2009-RE26
OK people, so now we need mission proposals. Mission science, spacecraft specs, propulsion, power systems (solar, mmrtg?), science instruments, cameras, sample return system! Work out the trajectory. Crowd source funds for a piggyback on a launch vehicle. Build a mission control infrastructure, a deep space comms system, deal with planetary protection protocols, sample re-entry vehicle etc.... Easy Exploration Mission to Investigate LocallY Large Asteroids, by seeKing, Determining, Assessing and knoWing ALL Anomolies (yep, the name is a bit of a stretch, but you do better) |
