Xiunhua News Agency has reported which cameras were used for the first two pictures.
1. The Black & White image was taken by an obstacle avoidance camera installed on front of the rover. As is obvious, it confirms that the rover's descent ramp on the lander has been extended to the surface. 2. The color image was taken by the navigation camera fitted to the rear of the rover. Used to confirm deployment of the rover's 4 articulated solar panels and antenna. |
