I am starting a new thread for the exploration of the Pediment - we should see a climb onto its surface very soon. It's a rough surface so progress may be slow.

Thanks, Jan - here it is in circular form. The high relief here and my attempts to minimize the distortions it produces make the hilltops flatter than they really are. It's really the central region that is most useful here - that can be seen as a rough map (except that I am not using a topo map to remove distortions).
