Another CL-UV3-GRN-IR1 set was posted today, though Iapetus seems to have been hiding from the green and IR filters...here's my best effort at making something from the CL and UV3 images. Yes, Chris, that's precisely the one. I'm getting around 300 meters diameter for the suspect crater.
Regarding the latest wide angle raw image, wow that sure is one hell of an abrupt transition! Looks like a part of ISS_049IA_ORSHIRES001_VIMS, trigger 2902. I like one of the goals here: QUOTE Scenic views of mountains rising on horizon -------------------- |
