I wonder if it is possible to actually put Opportunity onto the "zoom window" instead of the red dot.
That way we can see how big Opportunity is relative to the landscape and maybe even its orientation. I am not a photoshop guru so I do not know how difficult that would be. It is nice to see the old Opportunity there! |

... and another one (sol 1211), right from the oven. And what would be nice now would be an overlay grid of contours or slope measurements to plot our "ingress" route. Is there a correlation between darkness of the substrate and steepness of slope? Presumably we want to avoid the sandy areas adjacent to the capes? -------------------- My Grandpa goes to Mars every day and all I get are these lousy T-shirts!
