Justa heads up for this one, IBEX is one of NASA's missions in the Explorer Program to be launched by one Pegasus rocket and to study the heliosphere and termination shock.

(And the webpage are updated as of March 2006 stating that the work progress so it doesnt appear to be at risk of cancellation.)
