I just noticed that something called "MERalizer" exists and now has a "Personal Edition" - it's not free but looks interesting. Apparantly there is a kiosk version on display at the NASA Ames Exploration Center. Anybody seen this software?

It really doesn't look that revolutionary - seems like a 3d rover model, put inside all the press release images. ?? A nice way of bringing all that data together - but not something I would bother with personally.
