It is my Europa view that appeared in the Planetary Report. Sorry for this self indulgent post, but I couldn't resist.
By the way, I have reworked several views. Because of inconsistent filters and having to pull data from other orbits, color is not always consistent.
One more...Here are the one frame global shots (not the big mosaic, and not the colorized images) all in one combo.
Congratulations, and thanks for letting us know about it.

Yep, congratulations. VERY well deserved!
Congratulations Ted!
Thanks! By the way, there is one more image I have left out of the set (in this case because it is from Voyager). Due to the very complete filter coverage and precisely aligned, sharp images from each filter, I was able make a difference map between the green filter and the orange filter showing greener areas as brighter. I then partially subtracted it from the orange filtered image. The voyager green filter passed the entire orange band, but was so much more sensitive to green light that it was largely drowned out. By subtracting the greener areas, I found that I was able to better replicate a red (or at least deep orange filter). Here is the result.
Congrats on making APOD, Ted. Great views of one of my favorite moons!
Thanks!
