Slightly belated map update today - sorry to be slow, I'm busy with - you know - real life (shudder).

I just noticed that a new on-line interactive capability has been made available from the MSL JPL pages at http://mars.jpl.nasa.gov/msl/ (perhaps from other pages as well).
Named "Explore Mars TREK", it enables seing many features on Mars, as well as the rover's paths. It also has nome nice tools, for instance an elevation profile. I used it to attempt to answer Julius's question of elevation difference between Yellowknife bay and the then current position (Post #608), and obtained +59m. Phil, Fernando, Emily, Joe and other map/image wizards, could one of you post a broad view of where we are going? Not as wide view as Fernando's #652--just where we are headed and possibly in color. I looked back to page 25 and couldn't find a proper overview. (Sorry Fernando, probably like many viewers, I do not have Google Mars working yet).
