As an amateur astronomer, I see dozens of satellites when observing the night sky.
Especially the Iridium satellites can produce nice flares whenever their solar panels reflect the Sunlight.
Trevor Paglen, an UC Berkeley doctoral student, is in the news headlines with some spectacular photographs.
