Only some few days now, and Oppy has been roving for 6 years on mars: It has still been a fantastic journey, even before start.
Here is an idea, which I had since Opportunity arrived at Victoria. What would be if the breaks of Oppy didn't work then? Similiarities to some science fiction films are intended ( Or: "What do mars rovers dreaming of at night?") Best regards, and keep on rolling: MoreInput -------------------- Need more input ...

Happy Birthday Opportunity!
Looks like the MER team had a great party Stu and I produced a special set of posters, wallpapers and appropriate words to mark the milestone for both Rovers. Still available here. Congratulations to everyone on the MER team. Opportunity >19km in 6 years: requirement 0.6km in 0.25yrs !! Incredible !! |
