1. WFIRST...Wide-field Infrared Space Telescope for dark energy and exoplanet science
2. Expanded Explorer Program
3. LISA...Laser Interferometer Space Antenna
4. IXO...International X-ray Observatory

With JWST pushed back to late 2015 at earliest and with billions more in cost overruns, it seems these priorities are being kicked down the road aways.
