I'm finding myself using my tablet or phone more often these days, and I am wondering if there is a mobile-optimized way to view UMSF? Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to say that there isn't, currently. There is a much-awaited upgrade to UMSF being worked on. Better mobile access is definitely on my want list as well. I don't have a time estimate for when this will happen because it depends on volunteer administrative work (and not mine!) so I don't know when it will be got to.

On my Android tablet, I've found that a text sizer app works to enlarge the posts, but not the index. I used to use the one in the Dolphin browser until the update to Android 5.0.1 ruined my tablet. Since then I've reset to factory settings (after transferring my pictures to my computer!) and the first app I downloaded, Big Font, worked for UMSF.

I thought I would check back in on this topic and see if there were any more thoughts on possible mobile support improvements?

Unfortunately, nothing to report, Craig.

However, this might be a good time to do some asking: Do any of our members have professional experience in this sort of thing? Please PM me if you do; perhaps we can leverage some of the formidable technical expertise we have amongst us. smile.gif
