This is a reincarnation of the Spectrum-UV mission that was planned by the Russians in the 1990s. It has been delayed, delayed, and delayed some more, but I hope it actually flies. To my knowledge, no large telescope operating primarily in the UV area of the spectrum is planned besides this, meaning that when Hubble finally goes, there will be a big gap.
