Unmanned Spaceflight.com _ Image Processing Techniques _ Need help opening large PDS Venus map

I am having trouble opening this map. Everytime I try to, PDS4 viewer shows a blank picture. It is unable to convert it to another file type as attempting to do so crashes PDS4 viewer.
Would like some help on this please.

gdal can convert it to a 32 bit floating-point tiff
