Which do You consider among the highlights of the MGS mission ?
( other than those listed under the multimedia link at http://mpfwww.jpl.nasa.gov/mgs/ )

In my opinion photographing both the Martian moons should be added to these highlights, and MGS also pictured the MER landing sites, etc...

Interesting -- that means that there is now no remote sensing in or around Mars still in working order that arrived there in the 20th century.

That's some type of milestone, I'd say...
