I'm changing some settings to address file upload problems related to image attchements. This is a very minor change but it will require a restart of the web server and that might impact anyone online at the time. This is just a restart of the service so the downtime will be just a matter of a few seconds.

This is currently planned for 23:00 UTC on Friday 18th Jan so if you are online at that time you may notice a slight blip in service.
