Hi all,
after a longer period during which I did not have that much time for my image works, I have now started to prepare a new web gallery with postprocessed and artificially colorized detail views of the MRO orbiter cameras. The color & lightning processing of those images doesn't make a particular claim for physical accurateness but is rather meant as mere "artists impression" of the subjective "mars mood" of what I associate/envision with those those scenes as "my mars" Here is the first batch of images (click for larger resolution): |

And this is just a "first batch"? I'm glad you didn't post more at once, I don't think I could have taken falling off my chair again! -------------------- |

A fitting tribute to the power of HiRise (not to mention your own artistic powers!). Like someone else said already, keep them coming.

The only word that really fits is "exquisite". Truly remarkable work; thanks!!!

Somehow "artist" just isn't a good enough word here. Would one of you Englishman please invent a stronger English word to describe Bernhard and his talents.?
