CHARM presentations are normally given on the last Tuesday of every month except December. It's now 10 days since I would have expected the latest one but nothing has yet appeared on the Cassini website under 'video and more' 'other products'. That means that either I'm being impatient and something will appear shortly, or last month's presentation was not given in a postable format, or as a one-off thing a month was missed, or the regular CHARM sessions have been discontinued and we shouldn't expect more. Anybody know which?

OK I finally got my query in and here's the answer:
Hi Nigel- The CHARM telecon in October was cancelled. The date coincided with the Cassini Project Science meeting and it was difficult to get a speaker since everyone was attending that meeting. It will likely be the same for January since another PSG is scheduled for the same day. November looks really interesting. It is a Titan scientist from Cal Tech who is supposed to be a really good speaker. I hope you attend or listen to that one. Best regards, Marcia |
