The latest issue of the Chinese Journal of Space Science includes a review paper of the Chang'e program from CE-1 to CE-3:
Scientific Progress in China's Lunar Exploration Program as well as a roadmap for solar system exploration up to 2030 (Mars and Venus missions, a Jupiter orbiter, NEO missions and a Ceres sample return): China's Deep-space Exploration to 2030
