I contacted Mark Powell at JPL about his Mars Images app, which lets you look at new Oppy pics. He's encouraged me to post a link to a web server on which those images are hosted. Apparently it's hard to save the images using the app, and there may still be a few of us out there who don't have a device to install the app on in the first place! But it's easy using a browser on the site.
The site is: https://www.evernote.com/pub/marsrovers/Opportunityimages Big thanks to Mark for providing a new source of timely images to all of us! |
