Rev 175 and T-88, VIMS skims Mackay Lacus

Images from Rev 175 have been coming down (left image below). This Rev features another close Titan (T 88) flyby. Attention will again be on S polar/vortex/haze layer changes. VIMS will be scrutinizing several interesting features including Tortola Facula, Santorini Facula and a N polar lake (marsh) Mackay Lacus (below right). The Huygen's landing site (red cross) appears in this highly processed WAC image (W00077740) taken on Nov 29th from 4.4K km

Post T-88 flyby NAC (N00198520) view of S Belet, an area with extensive albedo darkening due to the Arrow storm's methane rain. The top two views are from the Turtle, Perry etal. paper in Science. http://www.sciencemag.org/content/331/6023/1414 The lower two raw images show regression of the dark changes with areas of brightening [C] and in (D), a photo from the T-88 flyby, the S Belet area looks much like it did (A) before the Arrow storm went through.
