Question About Starcharts, for Alaska....

I was wondering if someone can tell me where i can find a starchart (that can be adjusted to the local time: in other words: with a revolving mask) for locations in Alaska (60 to 70 latitude). I searched quite some time on the net, though did not find it. The best would be a readily printable one......
