This image definitely needs to be enhanced with a Arestronaut rappelling down the side for scale...

If I did my calculations right, the scale would be something like this:

Good choice! Much better than "Tom Cruise for scale..." which really means #!&*%, now I have to up-scale everything by 115%"

Looking forward to Mars photos with Kareem Abdul Jabar, Andre the Giant, and that 'little Hercules' kid for scale... wink.gif

We can see the motion during the two recent drives along the Marker Band ending on Sol 3687 with the help of Jan's mosaics.

Attached Image

Longer drive animation starting on Sol 3563 and a similar animation using the official mosaics starting back on Sol 3435.

Here is Jan's panorama for sol 3687 in circular form. WE will probably be here for the whole holiday period.

I hadn't have time to stitch the MC100 pictures taken on sol 3646, looking to Gediz Vallis Ridge and the yardangs of Mount Sharp. The view is really spectacular!
We had another glimpse on this distant valley on sol 3676.
