Curiosity continues to snake its way through the boulder field. This is the weekend position, after a drive of some 16m on sol 3543.

Another 28m drive on sol 3544. Curiosity climbed down a bit to get to a better route between Bolivar and Deepdale, which will cross some drifts.
I am sure "Paraíso" is spelt with an i acute so that is how I added it to the targets.

After an obstacle avoidance drive of about 28m Curiosity is at the entrance of the short valley between Bolivar and Deepdale.

Apologies for the belated update to sol 3546, I've been travelling for the past two weeks.
Hopefully I'll catch up in time to celebrate Curiosity's 10th anniversary on Mars.

The drive on sol 3546 did not complete as planned but with a drive on sol 3549 (about 10m) Curiosity finally arrived at the originally intended location.

On sol 3551 Curiosity drove approximately 25 meters along the western side of the Paraitepuy pass.

A short drive on sol 3556, the weekend position. Curiosity is really close to "Bolívar".
Several new targets - é, í, ã continue to be missing in some names, but I'll keep adding those.

A 12+ m drive on sol 3558 and Curiosity is at Paraitepuy's narrowest point.
Per the notional route, the coming sols should see it cross to the other side and start a large curve to the south-west.

With every new sol I get Curiosity's localisation data (in GeoJSON format) from the "Where is Curiosity" page and use it to trace Curiosity's path.
Then, every time a new MSL data release is issued by the PDS, I extract the relevant localization data and replace the GeoJSON data.
This improves the path's representation accuracy, and I thought perhaps members might be interested in the comparison.

Here is, in green, data from PDS MSL Release 30; and in red the GeoJSON data.

And a close-up.

Still, GeoJSON data is quite good and it is great to have it. It is certainly good enough for a web page!

A 13m drive on sol 3560 and this time Curiosity could not avoid crossing a drift.
The road ahead does not look easy, as it full of small angular rocks.

Update to sol 3560.

This update includes data from PDS Release 30:
- Route localization data for sols 0-3424 (the full path has been reviewed and updated)
- Analyst's Notebook data for sols 1-3423

A screenshot from the mission website map, showing a successful entry to the next valley after the narrow pass. To the east and south the smooth darker surface of the Marker Bed is visible. It can be traced around quite a lot of the entire mountain.

EDIT: I see from the latest status report that the mission team consider the 'valley' I mentioned as the next bit of the pass, so we are not fully through it as I suggested here.

Curiosity drove again on sol 3563, about 15m, still keeping very close to "Bolívar".
