We had a short move on sol 2086, a couple of meters, probably cut short. That giant block of names will be cut back as I move names to close-up maps or correct locations later.
The base image is various Curiosity images, mostly Navcam, projected onto HiRISE to control positions. Phil -------------------- ... because the Solar System ain't gonna map itself.

Update to sol 2089. Looks like that Curiosity found the route up the cliff a bit to difficult and turned and tried another path.

If we are on the return journey across the ridge, I need a new base map. So... here we go. First, the smaller scale map in its current iteration, up to the Duluth site:
Then the close-up (AKA larger scale) map of the Duluth area: And finally a new version of the smaller scale map. This shows the previous path as a lighter line and the post-Duluth path as a darker line. Because I don't know where we will go in future I may be making changes to the area covered in this map as we go. Phil -------------------- ... because the Solar System ain't gonna map itself.

This position should be fairly good, path might be a bit off. We are climbing the slope where we came down it, which makes sense, and there are old tracks to our west. I can refine this when a full panorama is ready. The white squares are places where the arm instruments or tools were used (any combination of DRT, APXS, MAHLI, drill).

Up onto the next level of the ridge now (sol 2094). A new drill site can be expected pretty soon.

Sol 2095 drive - the location is good but I am only assuming a straight path for now. The previous path has been corrected using the JPL map.

So amazing, Sean. Thanks for that! Here is a map update to sol 2098. The path is guessed based on visible tracks and will need editing.

It took a while to track down the location for sol 2104, and I'm still not very confident of it. This may be changed later!

A few edits to recent sols, plus an estimate - pretty good this time, I think, of the new position after the sol 2107 drive.
