I think you're right - looks like they're making for the top by going to the left of the area Spirit tried to climb before they noticed Methusela.

This pancam looks like a view of that earlier scrabbling:

My inclination is like Doug's: 2.75 wink.gif Those bluffs look interesting and it would be easier to start high and work down. Then on to Homeplate!
