Is Gilbert a winter heaven for Oppy? Is she going to stay there for months? It doesn`t make sense to me! blink.gif

This is certainly not going to be Oppy's winter haven. Because of the her tilt she is losing power. If they are planning to set camp at Gilbert they are out of their minds!

It certainly is an interesting place to spend a while though.
There doesn't seem to be the same energy budget concern
as with Spirit. I think any stay-or-move decisions are going
to be based primarily on science considerations.
