I guess two missions are better than one.

Since Chandrayaan-2 was intended to be Roskosmos’ Luna-Glob moon exploration programme, the Russian agency may join hands with ISRO in any of its lunar missions, Dr. Murty said."

Nevertheless, I hope this means enough space was left for the possible rejoining of these two missions. That would guarantee some level of financial certainty for both.

List of scientific instruments of "Luna-Resource" and of "Luna-Glob" lander.
Just let the text be translated.
Although I don't know whether this website (Luna-Resource project website; apparently still under construction) is reliable whatsoever, I do trust these are the instruments to be lifted.
