If anybody is in Washington on May 16th, I am talking in the Library of Congress on the cartography of non-spherical worlds.

This is part of a meeting, open to the public, called Terra to Terabytes. Here is some information:

I just gave that talk at the Library of Congress and spent a very enjoyable couple of days in the spectacular heart of Washington, DC. What a beautiful area! Yes, I did get to the National Air and Space Museum. Looks like I will be giving some material to the LOC Geography and Map Division to record parts of the history of lunar and planetary mapping.

Olivier - I'll come to Paris and give a talk on mapping if somebody invites me!
