Didn't find a better place to post this.

As Doug pointed out the other day, I’m also gratefull to have a subcription to www.spaceflightnow.com so I can see videos (mainly conferences) I’ve missed. Nevertheless, I’ve got a trouble : I have to renew my annual subscribtion but since 2 months the videos are not working anymore. So, I have the following question for you : how can I contact spaceflightcom ? Is there any « general mean » to contact a provider like this when only "address" you've got is the "reniew address that doesn't accept replies (unless it's money mad.gif )?
In case you’ve got an idea I’ve got the following message « error opening content : dynamic-link library error (id=0x3ee) »
