I think that there will be interest in this peer-reviewed online journal about the science and exploration of Mars:
http://marsjournal.org/ It is fully paid for by NASA for the next three years, so no registration or fees are required. They have an amazing article about the geology of Sinus Meridiani, putting the Opportunity findings into a larger context.
