Does anyone have good utility to remove the missing rows from images from Voyager and Cassini that were interlaced for compression? Before my crash, I had one, a photoshop filter, but I had it for so long that I frankly can't even remember where I got it or what it was called. Any help on this would be great.

To add a little more... zero tolerance won't give good results with Cassini 'raw' JPGs because the pixel values are not constant in the missing lines. If you select the entire image and de-interlace you get a nice-looking result, but careful comparison shows that pixel values in the 'intact' image areas are altered too. But not much. A compromise would be to select (with polygon tool) the general area containing bad lines, with a slightly feathered boundary, and deinterlace within that area.
