NASA Administrator Dr. Mike Griffin has agreed to speak at the 9th
International Mars Society Convention, which will be held August 3-6,
2006 at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel, Washington DC. Dr. Griffin's talk
will be the opening plenary address of the conference, and will run
from 9 AM to 10 AM on the morning of Thursday, August 3.
Several other very high level NASA officials, as well as many leading
scientists, engineers, and exploration strategists have also agreed
to talk at the conference. Announcements of their talks will be made
as soon as their time schedules are finalized.
