Incredible detail visbile in the latest batch of pancam images from Spirit. There does appear to be bedrock/outcrop visible

It also looks like there has been a "recent" (in geological terms) rock fall - note the two very dark streaks half way up the hill.

Actually, I'm hoping more that JPL needs to drive up to get to what they need. Science is important but let's face it. We all want to have Spirit go up as high as possible and take some panorama shots.
