AIAA is offering free online access to Journal of Spacecraft and Rockets (Volume 45, Number 6, 2005). There is an interesting MER-related article "Mars Exploration Rover Transverse Impulse Rocket Cover Thermal Protection System Design Verification."

There are a few others, too, not related to MER.

I am amazed by the breadth of talents and knowledge of the posters to this board. Thank you for the link.

I mean "Trajectory Analysis And Staging Trades For Smaller Mars Ascent Vehicles" - Were going to get some mars rocks back here one way or another! biggrin.gif
