Here's an anaglyph I created from Spirit raw images looking up the hill they're on. Wonderful shot of the outcropping at the top of the hill. I would hope it's the next target after their maintenance work over the next few sols.

What program(s) do you use to make your anaglyph?

I use Photoshop. I find that if I 'line up' features nearer the top and center of the frame(s) that the depth of field is better. Check out the attached of the same image you posted...I did resize it to 538x600 to take up less bandwidth.
