All,

I've not posted here before, but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. My hobby is model building and I 'd like to build a small model of the Clementine spacecraft. Unfortunately, I've found very little reference information and no scale drawings to work from.

While this appears to be more of a scientific forum but does anybody know where I could find scale drawings and addtional photos of the spacecraft?

Any assistance will be most appreciated.

Thanks,

Art

Well - you may struggle with Clementine being a military operation - but if anywhere will be able to help, it will be here..

Good luck.

Art, I'd try the Yahoo group "Space Modelers", they'll likely have it or know where it can be found.

Art, I'd try the Yahoo group "Space Modelers"...

Art's a regular there, so I'd be surprised if he hadn't checked them first.

I'll see what I can find.

Thanks All,

Yes, I regularly haunt the Space Modelers board. Nobody there had anything.

There are some potentially-useful line drawings in some of the papers linked to from http://www.pxi.com/clementine/publications.html -- especially the last one on that page. No three-views or dimensions that I saw.

Thanks for the links. I did know about them though. There is some interesting material there. But I was really hoping for dimensioned 3 or 4 view drawings. (I know, dream on! sad.gif )
