I read somewhere (can't remember where) that they are planning to release ALL the images from the high resolution camera. Can any one confirm this?

Yup - I belive that's the plan - and at least one observation per week will be from a public suggestion - but before we all subit them - I'd imagine all the landing sites are high priority already smile.gif

especially the failed ones I'd say smile.gif

is there a MOC image of one of the viking landing sites (or any other) that shows the amount of detail as the ones for the MERs? (i.e. you can actually see the lander)
