I am starting a satellite projet. I will welcome all feedback suggestions and inquiries regarding to the satellite. And if anyone want to be a part of this project I will greatly appreciate him/her. I want feedback and suggestion about

1. Attitude Control
2. Payload

I wonder what sort of ITAR restrictions exist for this sort of thing. I looked at the cubesatkit website but I couldn't tell if they would sell to non-US entities.

No its not matter we can develope it ourselves without buying anything online....
