Large Scale Layering?

What do you all make of this image?

There "seems" to be layering in the hills on a very large scale.

I too would like to hear what people make of the layering. I certainly hope (and expect, really) they'll talk about this at the next briefing. They should have a lot to talk about at the next briefing.
