As some of the member's here know I'm a Big fan of Transformers. Most of you know the toy line that follows the weekly cartoon.


Earlier this year Dream-works started film a Live Action Movie based on the toy line!


There a little fictional Space Probe peace in there that most of you will find entertaining.
Beagle 2! Funny thing is it looks allot like a Mars rover ripoff!

And a desert right out of Nevada.

Yes - that's Spirit's launch - it's an MER set of logos on the side, the non-heavy GEM's on the launch vehicle and it's in the daytime ( Oppy was at night) Strange short shot of a Saturn V launch in there for half a second - very odd.

Transformers, the movie.

I don't know if Mr. Pillinger has seen this, but I wondered if he'd be celebrating or sighing when I saw the Beagle 2 sequence .

But with Steven Spielberg involved you can probably guess what they're up to

I think they might be going for the fiction / reality cut up approach. I mean, I just find this extraordinary, Steven Spielberg, friend of George Lucas and the influence of the Space missions. Maybe it's a two way road as well ?
