In late October 2007 I will do a trip to the KSC area with a group of colleagues of the Hoepli planetarium in Milano (Italy), the largest in the country. We will attend the launch of the STS-120 Shuttle mission currently scheduled for October 23.
I am looking for planetariums, science centers, museums or educational institutions worth visiting -- within a couple hundred miles from KSC -- related to science and technology, but not necessarily astronomy or space. Any recommendations? Besides the usual suspects like KSC itself, any little known must-see places or gems? Thanks in advance, Paolo Amoroso -------------------- Avventure Planetarie - Blog sulla comunicazione e divulgazione scientifica
