Right Front Wheel Fix

It was mentioned briefly somwhere else that the current drawn by the right front wheel on Spirit was back to normal.

Has it been confimed officially and what are the explanations/theories for this self-fixing behaviour?

I think the distribution of lubricant is important not preservation since it's not losing any during driving. By alternatively driving backward and forward, a better distribution is achieved around the gears - switching directions redistributes it somewhat.
